CVS

Today time hit me in the face. I had a brief moment at cvs that I felt like a mom to a kid. Not a baby. Or even a toddler. I was picking up a prescription for miles ear infection when I bent down and said "hey miles, see that blue chair over there? Can you sit right there and wait for mommy to get your medicine?" And guess what? Carrying his puppy, he marched his little booty over and climbed up in the chair and sat and waited. I knew he knew what I was talking about but I didn't think he'd actually do it. Seems insignificant and not worth writing about but it's the little things in life that are sometimes really the biggest.
