Long time - no blog.

I have so many events, thoughts, and random things to share I don't know where to start. I guess I'll start with the most fresh on my mind and work backwards.

Right now I can't even think about much because there is this girl that I have a few mutual friends with on Facebook that lives in Noblesville. I have never met her, only clicked on her page through Facebook. I knew she ha some sort of cancer because a friend of mine kept posting encouraging messages on her wall. Turns out she has a husband and 17 month old little girl. She died today and I can't wrap my brain around it. I'm sure they knew it was coming but the mom in me especially feels for them. Actually my heart hurts for that family. People say God works in mysterious ways but this seems unfathomable. I hope and pray they believe in the grace of God and peace and joy in heaven. God put me in my place by just reading her story. Be thankful EVERYDAY.

On to my "bitty" as we call him. We almost had to issue an amber alert last week for "puppy". He was with Ben all day and they came to see me at work. Bed time came and we said "where's the puppy?" We looked everywhere and couldn't find it. So we decided to load miles up in his pajamas and head back to the store to look for it. It wasn't there so we looked at chick fila, because they had gone there afterwards. Then we slowly backtracked home driving with the brights on because he has been notorious for throwing things out the window while the car is moving (my iPhone, sippy cups, etc). We didn't find it and we pulled into the garage and there it was. Laying next to the play kitchen that was once mine. He loves answering the play phone on the kitchen and the puppy was laying near it. He must have gotten an important call and ditched puppy. This whole search he was just talking and laughing and in his head thinking "best day ever"! He got in bed about 10 pm that night.

This is a pic from a day or two before the incident....

I'll post more stories later. Right now I'm on my phone so sorry about the typos.

Sara was a classmate of mine from High School! She fought breast cancer for 5 years! She was pretty amazing and was always so positive! I hadnt really talked to her since high school but I always followed her battle....
